“Here are the six action items.”
Then you have to remember them.
DoTillDone is an AI assistant designed to take the follow-up off your plate. Email it an open task, and the goal is simple: keep track, follow up, and close the loop. We’re currently testing in a closed beta.

Just email us to get on the mailing list. No signup form or account required.
Attached are the meeting notes. Pull out the action items, send them to the owners, and follow up until everything is completed.
I found 6 action items across 4 people. Five have clear deadlines. Sarah's legal review doesn't. Since you want everything completed before Monday's meeting, I suggest Friday at 5 PM. Should I use that deadline?
Yes.
Done. I'll keep track of all six items and follow up as needed. I'll only come back to you if something needs your decision.
Concept example of a DTD conversation. The public task-handling service is not open yet.
The idea: an assistant that doesn’t stop at a summary or a reminder. It helps carry the work to completion.
Then you have to remember them.
The follow-up becomes another task for you.
That’s the experience we’re building and testing with early users.
The goal isn’t more reminders. It’s fewer loose ends.
A preview of three ways DTD is designed to fit into existing conversations once access is enabled.
When invited to the beta, send DTD a request in ordinary language.
“Remind James on Tuesday to send the revised forecast. If he doesn’t respond, follow up again and let me know if it gets stuck.”
Forward an existing conversation with the outcome you need.
“Handle the follow-up on this.”
Bring DTD into a thread to help track a commitment.
“Hi Sarah, please send the revised contract by Friday. CC: DTD (beta preview)”
For now, addme@dotilldone.com is for the mailing list only—not task requests.
An illustrative example of how DTD is intended to turn notes into commitments and stay with each item as circumstances change.
Turn these into action items and make sure they're done before next Monday.
Rahul – revised forecast – Wednesday
Sarah – legal review – Friday
James – customer list – Thursday
Hi Rahul – following up on the revised forecast due today. Can you send it across when ready?
Rahul: “I’ll have it tomorrow morning.” DTD updates the expected date automatically.
DTD recognizes the requested deliverable and closes Rahul’s item.
All 7 actions from Monday’s meeting are now complete.

We’re exploring practical follow-through: whenever someone needs to do something and you need to make sure it happens.
Turn notes into action items and keep tracking them.
“Make sure everything from this meeting is done before next Monday.”
Waiting on someone? Hand DTD the chase.
“Get the revised quotation from the vendor by Thursday.”
DTD asks, tracks and consolidates.
“Get everyone’s Q3 forecast by Friday and send me the responses.”
Turn a back-and-forth into a resolved plan.
“Ask these five people for their availability next week and find a time that works.”
Give DTD a condition and let it watch the thread.
“If they haven’t responded by Friday, follow up.”
Make repeated chasing someone else’s job.
“Every Friday, ask the team for their weekly numbers and chase anyone who hasn’t replied by 3 PM.”
The intended experience is plain language, rather than commands, templates or workflow builders.
In the beta, we’re testing how DTD handles real replies, changed dates and completed requests—not just fixed schedules.
Our aim is to take account of deadlines, promised dates, reminders already sent, out-of-office replies, new responses and your preferences.
Human approval, clear limits and the ability to stop an action are central design priorities for the beta.
The vision is no new boards to maintain, no complicated workflow builder and no new app for everyone else. Just ordinary email.
Sarah simply receives and replies to a normal email.
Here's a sample of the kind of digest we're working toward: progress, risks and only the decisions that need you.
Sarah requested approval for a 10% discount.
James has not submitted his section. Due tomorrow. DTD has followed up twice.
Progressing normally. No action needed.
